1 Corinthians tells us, “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.”
Last week I gave some examples of the first seven attributes of love.
Let’s focus on the seven for this week. I’m interested in your views on the following. What experience do you have on the attributes of love (below) that you would share with others?
Saturday: Love is not easily angered.
Sunday: Love keeps no records of wrongs.
Monday – Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
Tuesday: Love always protects.
Wednesday: Love always trusts.
Thursday: Love always hopes.
Friday – Love always perseveres.
