How does death change your perspective?
I have walked through the valley of the shadow of death many times – with friends and family members. Does each time become easier? No. But as I age, I find that the perspective I have helps me cope.
In short, we all experience a beginning and end. Some endings seem too soon, while others seem to drag with lasting and even crippling pain. The more I trust in the One who knows my beginning and end; the more I trust that He holds my life, which He loves, in His hands; I am ready when He calls my name.
Do you know Him? Have you received His love? Trust Him today with your life, and trust Him with your last breath. One breath exhaled on earth and the next breath inhaled in heaven
