Who are your favorite artists?
A singer can sing, but an artist pulls your heart strings.
A writer can write, but an artist pulls you into the character’s plight.
A painter can paint, but an artist pulls you into a scene of serenity.
A musician can play, an artist pulls, tugs at your emotions.
A dancer can dance, an artist guides your steps and sweeps you off your feet.
A Creator who can do all of these? He is the One who sings life and rest over me. The scriptures say, He will joy over me with singing.
His story (history) draws me to Him who hung upon a cross taking my sin and shame upon Himself.
He paints gorgeous sunrises and sunsets every day. His creation is a masterpiece to be marveled at. I find peace in the forest, at the oceanside, at waterfalls and bubbling brooks. Landscapes of wildflowers and majestic mountains call my name.
This timeless musician gave voice to orchestrate His creation on land, in the sea, and in the sky. Scripture says, even the stars sing together and angels praise Him day and night around His throne. Oh, to sing along!
The scriptures say, and the Father will dance over you in joy! He will take delight in whom He loves. Teach me to dance, Lord. Let me feel Your hand’s gentle leading and sweep me off of my feet.
The Master Artist is my favorite: Adonai Elohim, the Great and Mighty God, the I AM, the Way, the Truth, the Life, YHWH.
