My soul dances to a merry tune when I see her.
I’ve loved this beauty since she caught my eye.
Though she has clothed herself in various hues,
Her dress of luscious lavender thrills my heart most.
So lovely. Dressed to please. This coneflower.

I love coneflowers, too–though it’s going to be quite awhile before I see them again!

We don’t see them here in California unless we plant them. I fell in love with them at the Chicago Botanic Garden. So lovely. Thanks for commenting. ❤️

I enjoyed your coneflower quadrille, Kaci, and I love the though that ‘she has clothed herself in various hues’ – I rather like the ‘dress of luscious lavender ‘ too.
